Thought Leadership

I helped create key thought leadership opportunities to elevate the founder of Woebot Health and establish her as an influential voice in the healthcare AI space. Notably, I produced a two-part video interview with renowned author Eric Topol, a leading expert in AI and medicine, to discuss large language models (LLMs) and their opportunities for healthcare. The videos immediately became our top performers and were widely shared. Ten months later, they remain in the top two spots.

To further cement her reputation as a visionary, I worked on securing more high-profile opportunities, including dialogues with mental health pioneer Thomas Insel and other industry luminaries. The cumulative impact of these thought leadership activities helped earn the founder a place on the prestigious Time100 list of the most influential people in AI.

Testimonials

Through a carefully designed outreach process that respected user privacy, Woebot Health showcased the profound human impact of its app through the powerful stories of real users. In collaboration with customer service and our data team, an email campaign was crafted to invite users to share their experiences. I conducted in-depth interviews of everyone who responded to evaluate each story's relatability and ensure a diverse range of voices and perspectives were represented.

Selected interviewees became the subjects for video productions, capturing the users' personal mental health journeys and the role Woebot's app played in their paths. These authentic and compelling video stories were strategically leveraged across multiple channels - featured prominently on the website, distributed organically on social media, promoted through targeted advertising, and integrated into sales enablement materials.

The resonance of hearing directly from users about Woebot's impact contributed to significant earned media recognition for the company. Notably, Maria, was featured in The New Yorker magazine's coverage on the rise of digital mental health solutions.
